Nikki criticises the EU for being all talk and no action on human rights

Nikki stated although the EU claimed to be a 'defender of human rights' this was mainly words instead of action. The plenary was for the European External Action commitee, however Nikki noted the European Union should look at the breach of human rights within the EU eg the expulsion of Roma from France. She also challenged Baroness Ashton to attent the next plenary session she she could personally engage in the debate over human rights in the EU.
